I saw a similar thread on the SciFi forums and it brought back some fun memories across the seasons.

What are some of your favorite quotes - whether they be funny, poignant, offer foreshadowing, etc?

*I've gathered that some people haven't seen Season 3 yet (how is that possible!? lol) - so I will preface each quote with the season number... And actually, I don't expect to have many Season 3 quotes until I get it on DVD!*

I laughed out loud during Season 1, when Gaius was ranting and raving in the bathroom and shouted "No more mister nice Gaius!" I can't remember exactly which episode it was off the top of my head, but Shelly Godfrey (a six model) brought "evidence" that Baltar had given the cylons access to the defense systems on Caprica. The scene was also funny because he was talking to Gaeta from one of the bathroom stalls and clearly Gaeta was trying to take care of business!

Summary: "No more mister nice Gaius!"

During the mini-series, while visiting the Ragnar station, Adama gets locked into a hatch with a stranger because a missile fires and damages the door in such a way that it can't be opened. While the two men wind their way to an escape, Adama slowly realizes that the man's "allergies" are not allergies (he suspects his companion is a cylon). Later, the stranger starts talking about god and says...

"What if God decided he made a mistake and he decided to give souls to another creature, like the cylons?"

Adama: "God didn't create the cylons - man did. And I'm pretty sure we didn't include a soul in the programming. Let's go."

Good stuff. That's when we knew Adama was hard as nails. (He later goes on to kick the crap outta that guy).

During Kobol's Last Gleaming Part 2 (Season 1) - we see Helo and Sharon waiting it out on Caprica... Helo has already discovered she's a cylon, so as you can imagine he's pretty irritated with her (and himself).

Sharon: (Doesn't realize she's got a nervous habit.)

Helo: "Stop that."

Sharon: "I'm nervous."

Helo: "Like anything scares you."

Sharon: "Things scare me Helo. I have feelings."

Helo: "You... you have software."

During the episode, Valley of Darkness (Season 1), the cylon heavy raider has already crashed into the Galactica and the mechanical cylons have begun killing members of the fleet by the dozens. Billy's party (including the President and a few marines) stumble upon a lonely Dee as they head for the sick bay. A short while later he figures it's safe to stow his gun in the waistband of his pants.

Dee: "Ok. If you’re gonna keep it in your trousers like that, you might want to turn the safety on.”
